He was a Packer at Silvex, Consultant at ALICO, Consultant at Deloitte, Member of the board at PME Capital, Division Director at Advance Station, Founder of talentandjob and Innovation Manager at PH Informática.
He is a member of the Porto Municipality Assembly and was President of the Junta de Freguesia de Lordelo do Ouro in Porto from 2001 to 2009. He leaded a Social Support Association for 12 years and is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of an IPSS.

Ana Durães is a Business Consultant in the area of Digital Customer Experience at Capgemini Portugal, and her work is more focus on the Marketing side. Previously she worked as a Media Planner in a Media Agency where she was responsible for the communication strategy in Portugal’s territory for both national and international brands.
She finished two bachelor’s degrees, one in 2012 in History at the Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa, and other in 2015 in Adversiting and Marketing at Escola Superior de Comunicação Social do Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa. Besides this, in the last two years she has been investing her time in the study of multiple languages, such as Spanish, Norsk and Korean at the Instituto de Línguas da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.

Director for Southern Europe include engaging with governments, academia, civil society, technical community and the Internet business sector, on the development of the DNS Internet policies as well as their impact on the global Internet critical infrastructure.
Prior to working at ICANN, Andrea served as Policy and Advocacy Manager for the International Federation of Libraries Association and Institutions (IFLA) in The Hague, Netherlands, and since 2007 as an Associate Expert at UNESCO’s Knowledge Societies Division, in Paris, France. In Spring 2012, Andrea worked in Iraq for the NGO Internews EU and authored a study and policy recommendation on Internet and Freedom of Expression in the country.
Andrea holds a MA degree as Fulbright scholar from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston, Massachusetts; he also holds a MA in International Relations from the Barcelona Institute of International Studies (IBEI) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rome, La Sapienza. Furthermore, Andrea holds Certificates in Negotiation from The Harvard Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School. In addition to English and to his native Italian, Andrea speaks fluent French, Spanish and intermediate Portuguese.

Rear Admiral Antonio Gameiro Marques was born in Figueira da Foz on May 4, 1959. He joined the Naval School in 1976 and completed his degree in Naval Military Sciences, Navy Class, in 1981. After serving on several Navy ships, attended Marine Communications specialization and completed in 1987 the Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering that he attended at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey California, USA.
After attending the Senior Course at NATO’s College of Defense in Rome, from 2004 to 2007 he was the naval military advisor to the Portuguese Ambassador to the Atlantic Alliance at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, where he was also the permanent representative of Portugal. at the NATO Consultation Command and Control Board.
He was promoted to the post of Rear Admiral on November 27, 2008, and from January 2009 to June 2013 he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Navy.
From July 1, 2013 to August 31, 2016, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of National Defense and the representative of the Ministry of National Defense on the Installing Committee of the National Cybersecurity Center.
From November 2013 to April 2014, she attended the 39th AESE / IESE – School of Business and Management School.
Since 1 September 2016, he has held the position of Director-General of the National Security Office, being inherently the National Security Authority. The National Cybersecurity Center is in the structure of the GNS.
Throughout his career he has taught curricular units related to information and communication technologies and has given several presentations at various conferences on Strategic Management, Information Technology Governance, Maritime Situational Knowledge and Information Security in cyberspace. and published several articles on the same topics.

Demi Getschko has been involved in international networking since 1987 and took part on the team that established the first Internet connection to Brazil. He has been a member of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) since its creation in 1995 and has served as administrative contact for the ccTLD .br since 1989. He played a critical role in the definition of the Brazilian DNS tree and in defining the rules that govern the Brazilian registry. Since 1995, Dr. Getschko is an individual member of Internet Society – ISOC and he is currently the Vice-President of the ISOC Brazilian Chapter.
He holds BSc, MSc, and PhD, degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil. Jorge is a managing associate in the Technology and Privacy practice and, with 15 years’ experience as a lawyer, he regularly advises on matters relating to e-commerce, telecoms, internet law, consumer law and data protection.
He has acted for international clients in the technology sector in entering, setting up and operating in the Portuguese and European markets. He also has clients from the media sector that he advises on the negotiation of content distribution agreements.

Liliana Ferreira is the Director of the Fraunhofer Research Center for Assistive Information and Communication Solutions (AICOS) in Portugal and Full Professor Invited at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto.
Her research focuses mainly on the areas of Natural Language Processing, Medical Knowledge Representation, Information Extraction, and Health Informatics. Nuno Feixa Rodrigues is member of the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology and an Associate Professor at the School of Technology at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave. He served as the head of the Digital Games Research Centre (DIGARC) at IPCA, and also as an associate member of the Algoritmi Research Unit at the University of Minho.
His main research interests focus on the application of sound and efficient programming methods and analysis to the development of serious games and medical systems. He was invited to become Chief Technology Officer of Austria Post in 1999, wrote their E-Masterplan, build their address data system for automation and delivery and led their sales department until 2004.
